EOY Artifact Reminders...
An explanation of artifacts and step-by-step directions can be found in the folder linked below. The focus is still domains 1 and 4, however, PA-ETEP gives us the option to upload artifacts for domains 2-3 as well. This is up to your discretion.
The due date for artifact upload - May 31
**POSSIBLE ISSUE
Some teachers have run into an issue where they upload and save an artifact, only to find that it "disappeared" on the opening screen. I'm working with PA-ETEP to find out what is causing this with some accounts. Rest assured that there is an easy fix and your uploads are not gone.
If you "lose" artifacts or uploads, go to the top of the screen, next to User Summary, click the date next to Sort by School Year, and choose ALL instead of the current school year (pictured below). This will bring back any artifacts that have gone missing.
This is a reminder for end of year artifacts to be uploaded into PA-ETEP. Here are some notes for the upload:

- Artifacts specific to your Formal or Informal Observations are uploaded directly into your observation questionaires.
- General artifacts from the school year are uploaded into Anecdotal Notes
- If artifacts pertain to both the Diff. Sup. plan AND general artifacts, you can upload them in both places
