Act 136 Legislation Update
Due to COVID-19, the Pennsylvania Department of Education announced that professional employee evaluations for the 2020-21 school year will be based solely upon Observation and Practice evidence. The new law, Act 136, was enacted on November 25, 2020 and waives the requirement to include performance data, including SLO, in a professional employee's performance evaluation.
