The Week Ahead........
Grade Level Meetings begin on Wednesday. On Monday, I will send out a brief agenda to cover with your CSI committee determined at the start of the year along with the date to meet as this will be the grade level meeting for this cycle.

-Show the review Screencast of ALICE acronym on morning announcements or by the classroom teacher.

-Show the review Screencast of Alert/Lockdown/Inform on morning announcements or by the classroom teacher.

Wednesday October 23rd-
Day 1-
ALiCE Drill Review:
-Show the review Screencast of Evacuation/ Rally Point on morning announcements or by the classroom teacher.
-Complete an Evacuation Field Trip to Rally Point sometime during the day at the teacher’s discretion. Use Rally Point Field Trip Google Form to schedule a time.

CDTs with Todd McClimans @ 8a (optional attendance)
-Todd will be available to drill down how to retrieve and read the newest data tool for Gr 3-6.
ALiCE Drill Review:
-Gr. K-2: Show the YouTube video “I’m not scared, I’m prepared” by the classroom teacher. + Practice an Enhanced Lockdown sometime during the day at the teacher’s discretion. Use Lockdown Google Form to schedule a time

ALiCE Drill - AM
-At a time convenient to the building an announcement will come over the PA system. Listen closely and make the decision if you are going to do an Enhanced Lockdown or Evacuate to the Rally Point.. An announcement will come over the PA system to end the drill.
Copy of Parent Letter distributed Friday, 10/18The focus of this year's ALICE drill will be to practice evacuation and to walk students to the rally point established for your buildings.
